This page describes how Reserve actually uses personal data today. It is written for people using the product and for partners (including Samsung Health) who need a public URL. It is not legal advice.

Reserve is operated at reservehq.online. Questions: privacy@reservehq.online.

What we collect

Waitlist. Email address, optional notes about conditions and tools you already use, and whether you want an invite or an early trial. We email a confirmation code so the address is real.

Account. Email, password (stored as a hash, not the password itself), optional name, timezone, usual sleep times, optional body profile (birth year or date, height, weight, sex) for pacing estimates, condition labels you choose, symptoms you add, check-ins, plans, notification and widget preferences.

Galaxy Watch via Samsung Health. Only if you install the Reserve Android app, grant Samsung Health permissions, and sync. We may store sleep (including stages), sleep score, Energy score / overnight recovery, heart rate samples, steps, and related overnight vitals that Samsung Health already has. We do not write data back into Samsung Health.

Location. Optional GPS coordinates for weather. You can clear them in Devices. We send coordinates to Open-Meteo to fetch forecast data — not your name or health records.

Summaries you generate. Medical or work summaries you build stay in your account until you delete them. Sharing a PDF or file is your choice.

Why we use it

To run Reserve: sign-in, waitlist, capacity and plan, Signals, weather context, and Android widgets. Watch data is fitness and wellness context. It is not used to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

Samsung Health

Samsung Health holds the original measurements from your Galaxy Watch. Reserve only reads what you allow. You can revoke access in Samsung Health and in Reserve → Devices. Stopping sync does not automatically delete nights already saved in Reserve; use export or account deletion for that.

Who we share with

We do not sell your health information.

Processors we rely on to run the service include email delivery (so we can send login, waitlist, and account codes) and Open-Meteo for weather. Hosting for reservehq.online holds your account database.

We do not share your Samsung Health data with other apps. If the law requires disclosure, we would only share what we must.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. The Android app and browser may keep small preferences locally (for example widget settings or a Signals preview). We do not run third-party advertising or analytics pixels on these pages.

How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete the account. Waitlist entries stay so we can send invites. Verification codes expire and are then removed. Backups you download are yours to keep or delete.

Your choices

In the app, You → Your data lets you download a JSON backup or CSV export, restore a backup, or permanently delete your account (password required). You can also email privacy@reservehq.online.

If you are in the UK or EEA you can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Security

Access to your account requires your password (and emailed codes for some changes). Health data is stored with the rest of your account. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique password.

Children

Reserve is aimed at adults managing their own energy. It is not intended for children.

Changes

If this page changes in a material way, we will update the date above. Keep using Reserve after that means you have seen the new version.
