Reserve is self-management support for planning around limited energy. It is not a medical device, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a clinician. Capacity, pacing, and watch numbers are planning aids — they can be wrong.

You need an invite code to create an account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what you enter (check-ins, plans, symptoms) and for summaries you export or share.

Connecting a watch is optional. Reserve reads data you allow from Samsung Health; Samsung’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to that app and your watch. Developer-mode testing of Samsung Health is for developers, not for ordinary users.

The service may change, break, or pause while it is in early access. We may close unused waitlist or account records if the product changes.

Don’t try to break in, scrape other people’s data, or use Reserve to harm someone. Don’t present Reserve outputs as a clinical diagnosis.

Reserve is provided as-is for early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from the app (including crashes, missed appointments, or workplace outcomes).
